OUR POLICY

We would like to inform you about important updates to our policies and pricing, effective immediately.  Cancellation Policies: Payment for boarding services is now required on the day of boarding. All payments must be received on the day of service to ensure your booking. For pack walks, payment is now due prior to pickup. A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. If boarding cancellations are made with less than 24 hours' notice, 50% of the boarding price will be charged. Additionally, please note that our boarding prices have increased. We appreciate your understanding and continued support. Thank you for your cooperation.
